The Faculty of Science and Technology takes great pleasure in welcoming on board, Dr. Donovan Campbell, the new Head of the Department of Geography and Geology. Dr. Campbell's interests surround environmental change and human development issues in the Caribbean. He works with interdisciplinary research teams to explore multi-scale socio-economic, governance and environmental conditions that shape vulnerability and capacity to adapt to climate change. As far as research is concerned, his goal is to leverage the benefits of scientific and geographic inquiry to help marginalized Caribbean communities craft alternative and proactive strategies for a better and more sustainable life.
