Le-Anne Roper (BSc Chemistry - Mona, MSc Natural Resource Management – Cave Hill) is a sustainable development professional in Jamaica. Her current role focuses on climate change adaptation and loss and damage in her home country, but she also advocates for small island states as an international climate change negotiator. She has contributed to several published works, including Christian learning resources relating to environmental stewardship and climate change. Through her story titled “The Hourglass is Ticking”, she won an award in the Christian Writers Award- Winning Contest (January 2021).
