The Faculty of Science and Technology cordially invites you to attend the Inaugural Lecture for Professor Tannecia Stephenson, an esteemed international expert in Climate Studies, from the Department of Physics. Professor Stephenson's lecture titled, "Supporting a Caribbean Climate Science Agenda: From Dynamics to Impact," promises to be an enlightening discourse, bringing to the forefront crucial aspects of climate science affecting the Caribbean region. This distinguished event will commemorate her promotion to the rank of Professor and holds a significant part of the UWI 75th Anniversary celebrations.
The lecture is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, commencing at 3:00 p.m., in Science Lecture Theatre 3, Faculty of Science and Technology. For those unable to attend in person, the lecture will be live-streamed on UWI MonaMedia.
