“Why Grandma Puts Her Bread in the Freezer”  is the intriguing title of the award winning essay by Jacquél Johnson, MSc graduate student in Food and Agro-Processing Technologies. The essay won first place in the Food Science Toolbox Essay Writing Competition sponsored by Prof Courtney Simons, Associate Professor at Wright State University, USA.
