UWI Graduation 2026 – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. When and where are the Presentation of Graduates ceremonies held?

Five Islands Campus (Antigua):

Cave Hill Campus (Barbados):

• Saturday, October 17, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. Strictly for Faculties of Cultural, Creative and Performing Arts; Humanities & Education; Engineering, Food & Agriculture, Law; Medical Sciences; Science & Technology and Sport.
• Saturday, October 17, 2026 - 5:00 p.m. Strictly for Faculty of Social Sciences ONLY.

St. Augustine Campus (Trinidad & Tobago):

There are six (6) ceremonies and you are invited to attend the Ceremony for your Faculty as indicated hereunder:

• Thursday, October 22, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. - Strictly for the Faculties of Science & Technology and  Food & Agriculture
• Thursday, October 22, 2026 - 4:00 p.m. - Strictly for the Faculties of Engineering and Law
• Friday, October 23, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. - Strictly for the Faculty of Social Sciences (A-L undergraduate graduands only and ALJGSB graduands only)
• Friday, October 23, 2026 - 4:00 p.m. - Strictly for the Faculty of Social Sciences (M-Z undergraduate graduands only and Postgraduate graduands)   
• Saturday, October 24, 2026 - 10:00 a.m - Strictly for the Faculties of Humanities & Education and Sport
• Saturday, October 24, 2026 - 4:00 p.m. - Strictly for the Faculty of Medical Sciences

Mona Campus (Jamaica):

• Thursday, November 5, 2026 – Evening Session (4:00 p.m.) Strictly for the Faculties of Science & Technology, Engineering and Sport 
• Friday, November 6, 2026 – Morning Session (10:00 a.m.) Strictly for the Faculty of Social Sciences (MSBM ONLY)
• Friday, November 6, 2026 – Evening Session (4:00 p.m.) Strictly for the Faculty of Social Sciences (excluding MSBM) and Institute for Gender & Development Studies
• Saturday, November 7, 2026 – Morning Session (10:00 a.m.) Strictly for the Faculty of Medical Sciences
• Saturday, November 7, 2026 – Evening Session (4:00 p.m.) Strictly for the Faculties of Humanities & Education and Law

Global Campus:

• Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (Bel time); 5:00 p.m. (Ja time); 6:00 p.m. (EC time) - VIRTUAL

2. Is there a rehearsal before the ceremony?

Yes. Tuesday November 3, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. under the Graduation Tent. This activity is very important for the smooth flow of events on the day of your Graduation.

3. When should I arrive on graduation day, and where do I robe and assemble?

• Graduands must assemble at 8:00 a.m. (morning sessions) and 2:00 p.m. (afternoon sessions).

• Robing: Old Library

• Procession: 9:15 a.m. (morning) and 3:15 p.m. (afternoon)

4. Can I bring guests, and how do I collect invitations?

• Each graduand is entitled to three (3) invitations ONLY.

• Guests must bring their invitation to enter.

• Collection Points:

  UWI Western Jamaica Campus: October 17–18, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  MONA CAMPUS: Monday, October 26, 2026 to Monday, November 2, 2026 (excluding Sunday, November 1, 2026), 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Important Notes:

• ✅ Bring a valid Government-issued ID.

• ✅ Certificates are issued only if all financial obligations are cleared.

• ✅ A third party may collect invitations with written authorization.

• ❌ Invitations are NOT for sale.

5. How do I confirm my intention to attend?

Submit the online Reply Form by October 2, 2026.
⚠️ Late submissions may prevent you from being presented at the ceremony.

7. Does the One Stop Centre offer makeup services?

No. Makeup services are not offered at the One Stop Centre. Graduands should make their own arrangements in advance.

8. What is the cost of the Graduation Package?

Includes academic dress rental and refundable deposit (portraits not included):
