The academic dress, which includes the University Graduate Gown with the appropriate Faculty Hood and Mortar Board (where applicable), MUST be collected during the One Stop Centre as follows:
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY JANUARY 12, 2026. Payments can be made via the Graduation Store or at the Cashier located at WJC or Mona.

If there is an outstanding balance on your student account, the graduation refund will be applied directly to your account.
Refunds are issued via direct deposit only.
To set up direct deposit, please follow these steps:
Visit the Bursary website: https://apps.mona.uwi.edu/bursary/
Log into BOSS.
Click on Forms.
Select Direct Deposit, complete the form, upload the required documents, and submit.
The gown must be returned by the stipulated deadline.
Please ensure you receive a confirmation email and receipt once the gown has been returned.
