The Annual On-Campus Recruitment Programme or The Annual Graduate Recruitment Programme (AGRP)

The office arranges a Graduate Recruitment Programme from Mid-March to the end of April between final year students and employers needing graduates to work in their organizations.

Part-Time Employment

Requests are made to the office for on and off campus part-time employment of students. If you need to participate in this programme, you may complete the application form which is available at the office. This will be kept on file and you will be contacted as soon as jobs are available.

• Available after the 1st semester for 1st year students
• A maximum of 12 hours per week allowed for part-time employment

Summer Employment and Work Study Programmes

If you are interested in Summer Job Placement you should complete an application form as early a possible just after registration for the academic year. The closing date is mid-April, but jobs are allotted on a first come first serve basis. You can visit the office after examinations regarding your placement.

Alumni Placement

Throughout the year, private and public sector organizations advertise their vacancies with the Department. Alumni are therefore invited to submit their resumes so that they can be assisted in their job search. Assistance is also given in job-hunting skills and techniques and resume writing. Alumni also have access to our Career Information Centre.
