Staff Auxiliary Services Report Now Available for Viewing

The Staff Auxiliary Services Survey is Complete.

We are pleased to announce that the Staff Auxiliary Services Report is now available for viewing. This comprehensive document is the culmination of an exhaustive, collaborative effort that began several months ago, with a specific focus on staff input and responses to key survey questions.

The University of the West Indies, Mona through the Business Development Office is seeking to have our business community on the Campus better serve the Auxiliary needs and wants of our valued and hard-working UWI staff. As part of this process, we sought to identify the challenges and service gaps that staff may be experiencing and any area(s) of business opportunities that staff may wish to identify on the Campus in order to better serve the community. The report's findings are based solely on the feedback received from the staff members themselves.

As you’ll see from the survey staff members would like more variety and healthier options among the food entities, and other professional services tailored for staff.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff members who took the time to participate in this process. Your valuable input and candid responses have made it possible for us to gain a nuanced understanding of the current landscape and future needs of our organization. We would also like to thank Dr. Marina Ramkissoon who assisted with the final design and testing.

Based on these insights, we will be implementing a strategic plan aimed at improving the staff experience while keeping the organization's goals and objectives in mind.

We encourage everyone to review the Staff Auxiliary Services Report to understand its findings and the potential impact on our organization. Your continued engagement and feedback are crucial to our ongoing efforts to enhance staff auxiliary services.
