Paul Gaynor joined the academic staff of the Department of Computing in 2006. He brought with him experience in teaching at institutions such as Excelsior Community College, H.E.A.R.T. VTDI, and Clarendon College. He also garnered a wealth of industry experience which hardware repairs and network installation at Integrated Computer Systems Ltd between 1995 and 1996, as well as guiding a team that developed financial and logistics systems as the Chief Operations Officer of PeopleCorp Technologies between 2000 and 2007. Dr. Gaynor is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) whose hobbies include Tae Kwon Do and cycling.
