Candidates may apply for a re-mark termed Enquiry on Results (EOR), at the center where they took the test. This MUST be done within 6 weeks of the test date. The candidate can choose which sections of the tests are re-marked. The EOR fee is now J$15,000.00 The full amount will be refunded if there is an increase in your scores. Nothing will be refunded if there is no change or if the scores decrease. An EOR takes approximately 2 weeks to be completed. This cost must be paid using the account information for the IELTS test fee and the receipt emailed to the IELTS office within the 2-week window before the request is processed.
