The Faculty of Medical Sciences is excited to celebrate seventy years this academic year (2017/2018).  This celebration brings into focus the many achievements and contributions of our alumni while at the same time projects an exciting vision for the future. 

Our Faculty is an outstanding academy for the training of health professionals.  We have a mix of undergraduate students across the disciplines of medicine, dentistry, nursing, clinical pharmacy, basic medical science, diagnostic imaging and physical therapy.   We also offer an array of graduate and research programmes.  Our students have the privilege of learning in diverse settings under the guidance of supportive and first class faculty.  This year, the Faculty is expanding and strengthening its Medical Education Unit and has also launched a continuous quality improvement initiative from which everyone will benefit. More...
