ABSTRACT

The present case report refers to a patient who reported to the department with the complaint of teeth grinding (Bruxism). A brief review of the literature is reported concerning the aetiology, clinical diagnosis and the therapeutic approach of the disease.

Dental Anxiety among Patients Visiting a Dental Institute in Faridabad, India

Synopsis:

Overall, prevalence of dental anxiety among patients in Faridabad, India, was high (50.2%) but severe anxiety (phobia) was low (4.38%). Females and patients in the 20–30 years age group had the highest levels of dental anxiety.
