Synopsis:

This study investigated the application of Glisson pedicle transection hepatectomy in the anatomic hepatic resection. The results showed that Glisson pedicle transection hepatectomy had advantages of embodying regional hilus hepatis blocking and avoiding cumbersome anatomy of hilus hepatis vessels.
