Effect of MG-132 in Mice with Inflammatory Reaction of Acute Viral Myocarditis

Issue:
DOI:
10.7727/wimj.2016.258
Pages:
618-22
Synopsis:
This research aimed at evaluating the effect of proteasome inhibitor MG-132 in mice with inflammatory acute viral myocarditis and found that MG-132 protects mice from coxsackie virus B3 virus-induced acute viral myocarditis through suppressing the expression of inflammatory factors.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To determine the effects of proteasome inhibitor MG-132 on mice with an inflammatory reaction to acute viral myocarditis induced by coxsackie virus B3 virus (CVB3) infection.
