• Correlation between Pokemon and Mouse Double Minute 2-Homolong in Carcinogenesis of Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Rats

  This research was to investigate the correlation between proto-oncogene POK erythroid myeloid ontogenic factor (Pokemon) and oncogene mouse double minute 2 homolong (MDM2). We found that Pokemon and MDM2 were highly expressed in rat lungs following carcinogenesis of lung squamous cell carcinoma.

  This study discussed the expression of IL-7R genes of patients with osteoarthrosis and the value of its clinical significance. It found that IL-7R expression existed both in the normal synovial tissues in the knees and synovial tissues in patients with osteoarthrosis but the latter was lower.

  This research aimed at evaluating the effect of proteasome inhibitor MG-132 in mice with inflammatory acute viral myocarditis and found that MG-132 protects mice from coxsackie virus B3 virus-induced acute viral myocarditis through suppressing the expression of inflammatory factors.
