Synopsis:
Among Jamaican sex-workers, condom use is consistently lower with regular partners than with outside partners. By guiding prevention efforts to focus on condom use within long-term relationships, there exists an opportunity to ameliorate the rate of HIV transmission among sex-workers, clients and partners.
