Synopsis: 
The study aimed to determine the expression and significance of Triple Wide Straight Grooves 1 (TWSG1) in craniofacial fibrous dysplasia (FD). Results showed that the over-expression of TWSG1 is a vital biological marker in the prognosis of FD.

ABSTRACT

Objective: This study aims to determine the expression and significance of Triple Wide Straight Grooves 1 (TWSG1) in craniofacial fibrous dysplasia (FD).

Methods: TWSG1 expression was examined in specimens obtained from 44 patients with FD by immunohistochemistry.
