Synopsis:

D-dimer levels between patients with acute aortic dissection (AAD) were compared with patients acute intramural hematoma (AIH) retrospectively to determine whether there is any difference of serum D-dimer levels between patients with (AIH) and patients with AAD.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study wasto evaluate whether there is difference of serum D-dimer between patients with aortic intramural hematoma and patients with classic acute aortic dissection.
