Synopsis:

A 51-year-old male developed traumatic pseudoaneurysms of the right and left posterior cerebral arteries following endoscopic resection of a pituitary adenoma. The right sided aneurysm resolved spontaneously but the left progressed in size. This was treated endovascularly, with successful embolization of the sac. This is the first report of this approach to management of a pseudoaneurysm of the posterior cerebral arteries to our knowledge.
