In 150 patients, average score of meaning in life was 7.18 ± 1.99. Marital status (p < 0.029), treatment type (p < 0.012), number of children (p < 0.018) and place of residence (p < 0.046) are statistically significant.
ABSTRACT
Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the meaning of life in cancer patients and its association with clinical and demographic characteristics.
In this study, three extraction methods: hydro-distillation, solvent and microwave extractions were applied for a comparative investigation about essential oils of Biebersteinia multifida DC. The results showed the operation microwave extraction was superior in extraction time and saving energy.
