The Faculty of Science and Technology depends on you, our partners, to become FIRST and be the Region’s Go-to place for Science Knowledge, Research and Solutions.

You can support us through helping us to grow the FST Endowment Fund which is a sustainable mechanism for funding science programmes, scholarships, fellowships and infrastructure. To register as a donor, please complete the following Donor Form. Donations can still be made without formal registration.

The FST Endowment Fund is critical to support a new model for doing and delivering science and creating that new type of science graduate. Help us usher in the “next scientific revolution”, develop the next Nobel Prize winner, and support the holistic development of the new graduate.

WHAT IS OUR TARGET?

JMD 100 million by 2022.

WHO WILL BE OUR PARTNERS?

Funds will be raised from alumni, private sector partners, government, programme revenues, staff contributions and other gifts.

HOW WILL THE FUNDS BE MANAGED?

The funds raised will be invested and managed by the UWI Development and Endowment Fund (UWIDEF) and annual expenditure managed by the FST Management Committee.

HOW DO I DONATE?

Donate Online:
Step 1: Visit https://uwidef.org/donate
Step 2: Under “Available Programs for Funding”, select ‘Other’.
Step 3: Enter the amount you are donating.
Step 4: Indicate where you would like your donation to go by entering “FST Endowment” in the field provided.
Step 5: Click “Make a donation” and enter your payment information.

Donate by Direct Deposits:
Transfer or Lodge funds being donated to NCB UWI Mona Campus, Account # 401006753.

Donate by Cheques:
Make cheques payable to UWI Development & Endowment Fund for further deposit to the FST account. Donate through the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies
