Eligibility:

The awards are available to Jamaican Nationals at the Mona Campus who are:

Pursuing Level II or Level III of their studies;
Registered in the Faculties of Humanities & Education, Science and Technology or Social Sciences (major in Management Studies);
Holders of an active JNBS account.

Criteria:

The award will be based on:

Academic performance based on the results of the previous academic year University examinations (at least a GPA of 3.3);
Involvement in co-curricular activities
Verifiable financial need

Method of Selection:

Short-listed candidates will be interviewed by a panel comprising personnel from the University and Donor Agency.

Condition:

The successful applicants will be required to do 30 hours of voluntary service at the Best Care Children's Home.
