PATH BURSARY - 2026/2027 - APPLICATION OPENS ON AUGUST 10, 2026
Through the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the Programme of Advancement Through Health and Education (PATH) awards bursaries to students from PATH households who are currently enrolled in a tertiary institution. Note below:
- APPLICATION FOR THE PATH BURSARY IS NOW ONLINE - EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2026
- The value of the Bursary as of March 2026 is JMD150,000.00
- First to fourth year students who benefitted from PATH in high school should submit their application ONLINE to the OSF by the stipulated deadline
- The application form is available on the OSF website for the entire year however the Application portal will only be open August to September each year unless otherwise directed by the Ministry of Labour.
- For continuing UWI students (years 2 to 4) - Only students with a 2.50 Grade Point Average (G.P.A.) or higher (for the previous academic year) are eligible to apply
- The form must be properly completed to include the Family number and date of birth of each student
- DO NOT USE FAMILY MEMEBERS PATH NUMBER UNLESS YOU ARE REGISTERED IN THEIR HOUSEHOLD and DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET THE CRITERIA
The application portal will open on August 10, 2026.
STEPS TO APPLY:
- LOG IN on SASS using your student ID number and password
- Select OSF scholarships and Bursaries
- Select PATH Bursary
- Answer the questions
- Upload the fully completed PATH Bursary application form that was downloaded from the this website. (Note the link below)
- Submit application
