Eligibility:

The award is available to Jamaica Nationals who are:

registered at the UWI, Mona Campus in any year of the programme, studying Tourism Management.

Criteria:

The award will be based on:

high academic performance in the last academic year's University examinations (at least a GPA of 3.5);
demonstrable leadership potential;

Method of Selection:

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a committee comprising personnel from the University and the Half Moon Hotel.

Condition:

Students who are awarded will be required to serve a Bond which will be administered by the Human Resource Department at Half Moon.
