Maximum Tenure:

Three (3) years

Eligibility:

The award is available to full time registered students who are:

under 25 years of age
pursuing an undergraduate degree in any Faculty of Engineering
from the parishes of St. Catherine, Clarendon, Kingston or St. James (specifically Montego Bay).

Criteria:

The award will be based on:

Outstanding academic record (GPA of 3.0 or above for students already enrolled in an undergraduate programme at UWI)
Demonstrable financial need
Demonstrable community involvement and leadership qualities

Method of Selection:

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a Committee of evaluators jointly selected by the UWI the Donor.
