The unit leads emergency preparedness efforts, employing strategies that protect lives, property, and continuity of operations. It utilizes the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) framework to identify and manage potential disruptions before they escalate. By fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the unit ensures that safety concerns are proactively addressed, enabling swift and effective responses to emergencies when they arise.
