The Planning and Institutional Research Unit is the analytical engine of OSPEM, tasked with providing actionable insights and data to guide the strategic decisions of the Mona Campus. Through detailed reports, strategic dashboards, and external scans, the unit ensures that the Campus operates efficiently and stays ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

The unit is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic dashboards that highlight core operational metrics across key areas such as Teaching and Learning, Research and Innovation, Outreach and Engagement, Administration, and Finance. By conducting surveys and forging partnerships, the unit gathers industry data to ensure that decision-making is evidence-based and forward-thinking.

Additionally, it collaborates with the University Office of Planning to enhance academic and business intelligence, offering timely insights that enable leaders to track and improve the Campus' performance.
