The unit manages security operations across the Campus, coordinating closely with the Mona Police to address incidents and breaches efficiently. It implements programs designed to enhance personal and Campus security, while also educating stakeholders about their responsibilities. Publications like the Student’s Security Companion Handbook and Student Security, Safety, Survival Booklet further promote safety and awareness. Additionally, the unit supports crime prevention and reduction efforts, investigates security breaches, and ensures the smooth execution of events requiring special security coverage.
