The Mona Academy of Sport is the operational entity of the Faculty of Sport on the Mona Campus. The faculty was launched in August 2017 and spans all four campuses: Mona, Cave Hill, St. Augustine and the Open Campus. The Mona Academy of Sport has four sections: Academic Programmes and Activities; Athletic Development and Training, Sports and Exercise Medicine and Sport Outreach and Marketing.
Our 7 faculties and 12 professional schools offer more than 200 programmes to some 18,000 graduate, undergraduate and continuing studies students.
The UWI, Mona ranks first in Jamaica among accredited tertiary-level programmes. In 2012, the University was again one of Jamaica’s Top 100 Employers.
