The UWI Mona female Volleyball defeated arch rivals Utech in the semi finals of the Intercollegiate Volleyball Competition. The female team will head to the finals were they will be contesting MICO University College. The finals are set for April 7, 2011. The Male team was not successful in their semi final match up against arch rivals UTECH, however they went on to defeat Portmore Community College 2-0, thus claiming 3rd position.
