The University of the West Indies Female Football Pelicans under the tutelage of Coach Dwayne Richards recorded their first win in the 2012 JFF/Sherwin Williams Female Football Competition. The Pelicans defeated Habour View FC 3-2 with goals courtesy of Ornella Grey and Sherona Forrester and an own goal secured victory for the girls on their home turf, UWI Bowl.
The ladies will next face Olympics Gardens FC at Olympic Gardens on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at 3:30pm.
