B. Sc. Accounting

The accounts programme prepares students to understand, apply, analyze and evaluate economic activities of an entity.

B. Sc. Banking and Finance

This programme allows you to apply appropriate methodologies to the analysis and solution of financial problems including financial analysis, valuation of real and financial assets, risk management, and investment analysis.

B. Sc. Psychology

Psychology is the study of the mind, behavior and relationships. An undergraduate degree in psychology prepares students for a wide range of careers including jobs in mental health, education, government, business, and more.

B. Sc. Tourism Management

The Tourism Programme provides students with an understanding of business management principles and how tourism business operates.  

 

B. Sc. Management Studies (General)

This degree is designed to develop insight to handle management and organizational issues in a complex global environment. Students examine the main theories and principles of management and relate these theories and principles to current practices in the commercial and public sectors. 

B. Sc. Entrepreneurship

This major is designed to educate students on the theories, principles and practices of Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship exposes students to entrepreneurial scholarship, engage them in entrepreneurial thinking and involve them in the best available practices with respect to business innovation. 

B. Sc. Human Resource Management

This major is designed to educate students on the theories, principles and practices of Human Resource Management. Students who take this major are qualified to commence a career in the field of Human Resource Management or in other areas of a work organization. 

B. Sc. International Relations

B. Sc. International Relations: a major in International Relations prepares students for careers in government, journalism, law, non-governmental organizations, international business, and teaching and research.

B. Sc. Marketing

The Marketing major is designed to educate students on the theories, principles and practices of Marketing.  

B. Sc. Operations Management

The Operations Management major covers both quantitative and qualitative disciplines and is designed to educate students on the theories, principles and practices of strategic, tactical and operational issues. .

B. Sc. Political Science 

With this major, students are prepared to increase their understanding of politics, governments and institutions and the processes and policies involvement in its development from a local and international perspective. 

 

Entry Requirements:

Normal Matriculation (Full-time)

1.AT LEAST five(5) CXC/CSEC subjects (general proficiency)

Grades I-III or the equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics AND

2.AT LEAST two (2) CAPE subjects (both units) /two(2)   A-levels

Lower Level Matriculation (Part-time)

1.AT LEAST five(5) CXC/CSEC subjects (general proficiency)

Grades I-III or the equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics
