Duration: 24 months   

Eligibility for entry :Postgraduate 4+ Year degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology – DM Obstetrics & Gynaecology

 

Award

Fellowship in Gyn Oncology from UWI on satisfactory completion of training programme with success in the end of training evaluation examination. Certificate of Completion of Training & Competence in the Management of Gynaecological Malignancies by IGCS after sitting their examination on completion of training at UWI. 

      • Indicating expertise in the care of women with Gynaecological Malignancies and the ability to act independently or in a shared model of care

  • Clinical Research Project
  • Assessment (Formative & Summative)
      • Formative (WBA)-Portfolio & Log Book to provide continuous assessment.
          • Case based Discussions (CBDs)
          • Project ECHO with IGCS
          • Objectively structured assessment of technical skills (CSATS)
          • Mini-Cex
          • 360 degree assessment
      • Summative- Annual written & OSCE Examinations
  • Acceptance of clinical Research Project
  • Dedicated Duties
  • Rotations in affiliated disciplines
      • Mona & Affiliate institutions (6 – 21 months)
      • Elective (6 weeks) & Vacation (2 weeks)
