Dr Duncan holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She completed residency in Internal Medicine at Harlem Hospital Center, (Columbia University, New York)
and Occupational Medicine at Duke University, North Carolina. She also holds a Masters of Public Health (Prevention and Epidemiology) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
