The Faculty hosted its Annual Award Ceremony Celebrating the Exceptional Students who Achieved the Dean's List & the Honor Society, & Outstanding Top Graduates.

The faculty conducted its Annual Award ceremony, which was presided over by the master of ceremonies, Deputy Dean for Student Success, Dr. Leo-Paul Powell. This event recognized 138 outstanding achievers who made the Dean's List, having met all the requirements of being enrolled in an undergraduate program and maintaining good academic standing based on their performance from the previous year. Additionally, these individuals completed a full course load, had no incomplete grades, no failing grades, nor any disciplinary actions, and achieved a degree GPA of 3.6 or higher.

The ceremony also recognized 27 students across all departments in the faculty who had achieved membership in the Honour Society, which comprises students who are on the Dean's List and are ranked either first or second in their respective year groups. The ceremony also recognized 16 outstanding graduates, with two from each program who achieved the highest GPA in their respective classes.

The Special Award of the Nyle Stewart Memorial Award was presented to Israel McNish. This accolade serves as a tribute to Nyle Stewart, a second-year student enrolled in the BSc Physical Therapy program, who tragically passed away near the conclusion of his second year. In memory of their son, his parents chose to establish scholarships and awards for physical therapy students who achieve the highest GPA.The Social Accountability Award was presented to Samantha Forbes. This accolade is bestowed upon students who excel in at least one of the following domains: organizational and functional accountability, educational accountability, research accountability, contributions to health services accountability, and/or environmental accountability.
