Synopsis:

This study is a Clinical evaluation of adductive-covered nitinol stents in the treatment of benign tracheobronchial stenosis. The viewpoint highlights adductive-covered nitinol stents can significantly reduce granulation tissue hyperplasia and are a good prospect for clinical application in benign tracheobronchial stenosis treatment.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To evaluate the effect of adductive-covered nitinol stents on tracheobronchial granulation tissue hyperplasia and assess the clinical application value.

The Value of T-SPOT.TB Technology in the Diagnosis of Tuberculosis in Elderly Patients

Synopsis:

A clinical study to compare diagnostic techniques for identifying tuberculosis revealed that the T-SPOT.TB technique demonstrated a significant improvement in the diagnosis of positive cases, compared to PPD test, in both young and elderly.

Objectives: To investigate the clinical value of T-SPOT.TB technology (γ-interferon release assay for tuberculosis (TB) infection in the diagnosis of TB in elderly patients.
