Synopsis:

This study investigated a painless and effective form of anaesthesia for ovarian cystectomy and found that the application of lidocaine-prilocaine cream combined with rapid induced anaesthesia can effectively reduce pain, relieve the heamodynamic fluctuations caused by extubation stress reaction during ovarian cystectomy.
