Synopsis: 
The Paediatric Quality of Life Inventory is a widely used instrument to measure paediatric health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in children. In this study, HRQOL scores were significantly lower in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia than in healthy controls.
