Synopsis: 
The goal of the study is to assess endothelial activation by FMD and ADMA, sICAM and sVCAM levels in pre-Hypertensive objects. Compared to intima-media thickness, these data are going to be evaluated as an eventual predicators of pre-hypertensive objects. National strategies should be implemented to control cardiovascular diseases, educate the population and promote healthy lifestyle habits in the British Virgin Islands.
