The Faculty of Science and Technology extends heartiest congratulations to Dr. Venkateswara Penugonda (Senior Lecturer) who was recently appointed as the Head of Department for the Department of Physics, effective August 1, 2022. Dr. Penugonda’s current research area focuses on Materials (Glass) Science. His accomplishments includes twenty-four (24) years of stellar research and teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior to his role as Head of Department, he served as the Graduate Coordinator in the Department of Physics.
