On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, representatives of the FST Guild Committee and the FST Graduate Council participated in an appreciation function acknowledging their contribution to the FST Student Experience. The Dean, Professor Michael Taylor and the Associate Dean for The Student Experience, Dr. Winklet Gallimore both thanked the students for their impactful and innovative leadership in a year of challenges including entirely online instruction. The reflections by those present revealed the extent of the creativity and ‘out of the box’ thinking which characterized student activities in 2020/21 and which optimized student engagement notwithstanding the largely online experience. The FST Guild Committee members were presented with certificates by the Faculty in recognition of their exemplary service. Graduate Council representative, Mr. Marcel Denny and FST Guild Committee President, Ms. Danielle Mullings were also presented with plaques. The event was coordinated by team members in the FST office including Mrs. Terry Ann Collins-Fray, Ms.  Novi-Ann Davey, Mr. Jermaine Williams and Mrs. Rosalene Simmonds. Well done FST Guild.
