The Faculty of Science and Technology for the first time has compiled a Graduate Student Handbook. This milestone achievement for the Faculty aims to improve the graduate experience by providing detailed information on, among other things, taught and research higher degree programmes offered within the Faculty. The programme requirements outlined in the Handbook are to be adhered to by 1) new students enrolling in the Faculty for the 2020-2021 academic year; and 2) students who have transferred into the Faculty for the 2020-2021 academic year.

The Graduate Handbook is a useful resource which also includes information on:

• The Faculty Governance Structure: Contact information for Faculty Officers and Personnel

• Graduate Student Support Services: Accommodation, Supermarket and Grocery, University Bookshop, etc.

• Scholarships and Grant Funding: UWI Scholarship, Non-UWI Scholarship, Grant application procedure etc.

• Faculty Research Ethics Procedures
