To recognize World Tsunami Awareness Day (November 5) the Earthquake Unit within The UWI Mona in association with the Office of Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) have taken to the lawns of the Department of Geography and Geology to host a Talk Shop entitled "Come Mek wi talk Tsunamis" in the form of a live broadcast facilitated by NEWS Talk 93FM.
Persons are invited to tune in and/or stop by the location and learn more about tsunamis and how they affect our region of the world.
