Regional Track of the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience (PPCR) Conference | June 1-2, 2021

We invite you to register for the PPCR Caribbean Regional Climate Conference under the theme “Reimagining the Future” on June 1-2, 2021. Speakers include Therese Turner-Jones - IDB Caribbean General Manager, Mafalda Duarte- CEO of CIF, Professor Dale Webber – Principal and Pro Vice-Chancellor of The UWI and Professor Michael Taylor who will give the keynote address entitled, "Setting the Context: Responding to Climate Change in the Caribbean”.

Despite contributing less than 1% to global emissions, the Caribbean is one of the most at-risk regions for the worst effects of climate change. Our survival depends on building resilience; in our countries, communities and ourselves. The PPCR Caribbean Regional Climate Conference will highlight innovative work being done in the region to combat climate change. Over the two days of the conference, presentations and panels will be hosted on areas such as agriculture, fisheries, weather and climate monitoring, rainwater harvesting, innovative technologies being piloted in the region and much more.

Join us on June 1 & June 2 to learn more about how the Caribbean is fighting back, how these lessons can be applied globally and how you can potentially make a difference. Secure your space by registering today at https://caribclimate.touchstoneticketing.com/
