The disciplines of Mathematics and Computing are intertwined so much that they are deemed to be inseparable. Recognizing their intrinsic relationship and market demand, the Department of Mathematics with the support of the Department of Computing is in the process of introducing the  new  B.Sc. Mathematics and Computing programme. This programme is aimed to produce graduates with strong mathematical foundations and exceptional computing skills. This will enable students to acquire a blend of knowledge/skills of the two disciplines which helps them in problem-solving aspects and provide better career opportunities.
