Coinciding with the annual International Teachers Day, the School of Education began celebrating its rich history and outstanding work by marking School of Education Day in October 2022. Through stakeholder outreach and community involvement, the SOE is realizing its vision and mission of transforming teacher education.

SOE Day educational workshops and symposia provide a forum for educators and students to get information and find solutions - ultimately impacting the wider society through initial and continuous professional development activities. By showcasing our work in schools and highlighting our applied research, we are able to increase engagement, relevance, and impact within the education sector.
