The UWI Mona Psychology Conference held in 2016 under the theme:
"Psychology for Us, By Us: Stengthening Regional Development" featured the likes of Prof. Frank C. Worrel and other colleagues.
The 2020 edition was absconded due to the pandemic. Despite this the team of expert psychologists and other specialist stakeholders are sure to return with something exciting as we make strides to reestablish this equirtable space for regional discourse.
Our 7 faculties and 12 professional schools offer more than 200 programmes to some 18,000 graduate, undergraduate and continuing studies students.
The UWI, Mona ranks first in Jamaica among accredited tertiary-level programmes. In 2012, the University was again one of Jamaica’s Top 100 Employers.
