Arlene E. Supersad

Arlene E Supersad, BSc, MSc

Mrs Supersad is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona, and is Administrator of the Mona Law Institutes Unit, Faculty of Law. She was a 1998 recipient of a Departmental Fellowship from the Department of Government. She has also received the Director’s Awards from the University Health Centre for efficiency and professional dedication. From 2013-2015, Mrs Supersad was on special assignment, under the leadership of PVC and Principal Professor Archibald McDonald, where she provided administrative support to the Office of the Principal.

Mrs Supersad has in her research examined aspects of training and development in Jamaica 4H Clubs, and she now explores the general training and development in both private and public organizations as well as effective administrative and academic leadership, leadership styles, leadership roles and leadership competencies in higher education Institutions. She has made presentations at the Association of Higher Education Administrators (ACHEA): Examining the Nature of the Relationship between Academics and Administrators in a Higher Education Institution and secondly, Achieving Administrative Leadership in a Higher Education Institution in the Caribbean.

Mrs Supersad has a wealth of experience in event planning and development, work ethics, leadership and management, and is the essential hub of all initiatives and activities in the Mona Law Institutes Unit and Street Law Caribbean.
