Jason Nathu, LL.B., LEC

Mr Nathu is an Attorney-at-Law, who practices in Trinidad and Tobago. He is a Tutor at the Hugh Wooding Law School (HWLS), in the Legal Aid Clinic, and the Supervising Tutor of the Law School’s Human Rights Law Clinic. Mr Nathu is a former adjunct lecturer at the College of Science Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago, where was course coordinator for “Trade and Intellectual Property“, as part of the Postgraduate Diploma in International Trade and Commerce.

Prior to joining the academic staff at HWLS, Mr Nathu was an Associate of J.D. Sellier & Co., Attorneys-at-Law, where His practice areas included Litigation, ADR, Intellectual Property, and Real Estate.

Mr Nathu is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago, and an academic member of the International Trademark Association (INTA). He is a member of INTA’s Public Information Committee.
