Mr Malike Javone Kellier, LL.B., LEC 

Mr Kellier is a graduate of the University of West Indies, and the Norman Manley Law School (NMLS). While at NMLS, Mr Kellier was President of the Students' Association and Valedictorian of the 2015 class.

Mr Kellier is a Clerk of Courts, and Adjunct Lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Mona, University of the West Indies.

Mr Kellier is a member of Rotary International, Toastmasters International, and advisor to the Jamaica Union of Tertiary Students (JUTS). JUTS represents all Tertiary institutions in the Jamaica, and interfaces with the Government on behalf of students. Mr Kellier is also a member of Jamaica Association for Debate and Empowerment (JADE), which seeks to develop interest in debate and public speaking among tertiary students in Jamaica.
